Last Nights Total Lunar Eclipse

I spent an hour last night in the freezing cold, but it was surely worth it. We won’t we seeing this again until December 2010. I hope some of you got to enjoy the sight.

Here is my favorite photo from the night. It is a 2 second shot with the penumbra still evident, about 10 minutes before totality.

    Nice shot - my youngest son set his tripod up too. It was SO COLD. He had fun though. And it really was a lovely event to view!
