Making Money Journal

I just realized I missed a week. We had a doctors appointment last Monday for our little one. There was great news in that they were able to remove the G-Tube button that was stuck and replaced it with a new and smaller one. We felt this was a minor miracle as she will not have to be put under and scoped. A heartfelt thanks go out to those who have been keeping her in their prayers.

Anyways, here are the starred items from last week in my Google reader.

• LuLuGal from How I Save Money takes about Why you SHOULD Keep Separate Accounts Even If You Are Married:  She posts some interesting points.
• Eden from Finance and Fat talks discusses What I have been doing instead of blogging:  I think that taking a break now and then is a good thing.
• Patrick at Cash Money Life talks about On-line Savings with Ebates - Plus $10 to Sign Up!:  Ebates is my favorite rewards site.  I never shop without checking there first.
• Glblguy at Gather Little by Little says Why I think P2P lending is a bad idea.  I have to agree with him on this one.  I have looked at the lending services and understand how some can need them, but it is not foe me.
