Making Money Journal

I have talked about using rewards sites such as eBates and FatWallet, as well as survey and click through sites such as MyPoints and Opinion Outpost.  Yesterday, I received my first check from Opinion Outpost, so I tought I would provide an update on how I am doing.

• Opinion Outpost:            $16.60 received with $4.80 pending
• Synovate:                        $2.45 pending(need $5 to redeem)
• Global Test Market:      $17.90 pending ($50 needed to redeem)
• eBates:                            $9.79 received last month with $19.23 pending
• MyPoints:                      Have 3655 points in account.

I think the earnings have been good so far.  I am rethinking about what to do with the earnings.  Since I have been getting into photography more, I was debating whether I should earmark to earnings towards camera equipment(tripod/head, lenses, lighting).  Right now I am doing OK without new accessories, but if needed, I would like to be able to take into a reserve without adding to our debt.
